Notes: This is a general update to the weapon template after I found it to be rather.... dated and somewhat iffily laid out.

I've gone ahead and updated the pre-existing template to say "Purpose" instead of "DR."

Site manager approval is required here.

An appeal cannot be made because ultimately the site manager has to approve something like this.

We have my template thread. It's not specifically about weapons, it's about the over all design.
