Build and Skin Colour: Skka'ri has light flesh toned skin and has toned but average build (though in very good shape for an Occhestan), he is also a little taller than the average Occhestan.
Facial Features and Eye Colour: Skka'ri has a wedge shaped face. His eyes are the common colour of yellow.
Hair colour and Style: He has pure white hair of medium length, with (dyed) blue and black accents in the front
Distinguishing Features: Skka'ri has few distinguishing characteristics besides his hair, the most obvious being his black rimmed oval eyeglasses(Origionaly functional, not needed now).
Psychological Characteristics
Personality: Skka'ri is a somewhat quiet individual. He enjoys academic pursuits, and is quite good at them. He can sometimes can come off as a cold and very technical person, though it is more often that he is in reality distracted by a number of technical or academic pursuits. He is quite intelligent, but doesn't go out of his way to demonstrate it when there is no need to. He is not often emotional, but is fairly good at reading others emotions. Overall he is a quiet, soft spoken, but serious person.

Dislikes: foolish people, rash actions, mistakes.
Goals: To serve his assignment to the best of his ability, to invent new and useful technology, to have a (personal) family one day.
History
Skka'ri was born into the Occhestan house, and distinguished himself in his early life as a boy of great potential. He spent much of his early life studying as most Psionic house members do; he excelled at his early studies and worked through them faster than the average Occhestan. After achiving Level 3 educational status he worked for the Occhestan Coronate Government Security Forces while also occasionally serving as a Lab Assistant in other divisions and working on his continuing education, he later moved into positions in the OCG Special Reasearch Bureau. After the conquering of Lor by the Yamatai Star Empire, treaties allowed for the creation of a self defence force, and with the founding of the Lorath Self Defense Force Skka'ri was quickly recruited and assigned the rank of Lieutenant, which was further adjusted to Sub-Commander upon initial reviews of the LSDF's preliminary members.
Skka'ri is often accompanied by his Helashio personal assistant, Jariyaa, She is 145 centimetres tall (apx. 4' 9"), she has black hair, deep blue eyes, and pale skin. She is very intelegent, even when ranked against Lorath Occhestans. Even before the appearence of Yamataian forces she was allowed her vast freedoms unlike many Helashio, she is not nor has she ever been fitted with a psionic control collar, she has a number of her own belongings, and a reasonable amount of her own currency. Jariyaa is normaly allowed to come and go as she pleases while not on duty. Jariyaa also carries OCG security clearence(Technically an extension of Skka'ri's clearence). Among the items she normaly has in her possesion are a Datapad, Electronic Currency Card, and a small Lorath made Psionic Scrambling device.

Humanities; Skka'ri has studied extensively in the areas of psychology, sociology, diplomacy, anthropology, and philosophy.
Knowledge; Skka'ri is well versed in the history of Lorath law, science, and technology. Like many of the psionic house Skka'ri has excellent memory and ability to recall most information at a moment's notice.
Communications; Skka'ri be able to converse with excellent ease, he is able to operate devices that aid in communication, understand new languages with minimal effort, communicate his thoughts verbally, telepathically and in written form, and also able to decipher coded messages.
Technology Operations; Skka'ri is very adept at technology operation; he has the ability to operate most technology belonging to the Lorath. Like most Occhestans he is able to operate new forms of technology when given enough time to learn the workings of the device.
Medical; Skka'ri recieved basic medical training during his time in the OCG Security Forces, he has continued to expand on this since then; especially since having been recruited into the LSDF, he is trained and certified as a Combat Medic, aswell as having the Lorath civilian Paramedic certification. He can be expected to perform emergency medical prcedures should they be required, even during combat situations.
