Slow torrents?

What we have here is a failure to communicate.
They (Microsoft) have crippled XP's network capabilities by lowering the number of concurrent connections from 50 to 10. Bad for torrents.
They say this is so bot systems cause less damage but really it's because they're sick of people torrenting their stuff.
The solution is simple: re-write some files to return it to 50.
Follow THESE INSTRUCTIONS and take it slowly.
And have a HAPPY DAY.
But only for SP2. If you're not sure: just don't.
I don't want to be held responsible but I've done this to about 60 machines for friends so I'm pretty confident of it.
