Star Army Announces Reduction In Force Program

Kyoto, Yamatai - With the Kuvexian War mostly behind us, the Star Army of Yamatai finally has a chance to slow down and re-evaluate its needs, says Directory of Star Army Personnel Ketsurui-Shinjuku Hanako. "As the Star Army recovers from the war, our need for new soldiers has decreased and the Star Army is going over its rosters looking to be efficient," Hanako told SANDRA reporters in a press conference Monday. "That means making soldiers are where they need to be, keeping the best soldiers with the most expertise and best performance, and pushing out soldiers who are not doing anything useful or meeting the Star Army's high standards. If the Star Army does not have an assignment available for a soldier we will be typically move them to the reserves or retraining them to a new occupation. In other words, we can afford to be more selective now, so we are doing that."
