MEMORANDUM

1. Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) Addition
  1. MOS 02L (Legal Clerk) is now available to be offered to those enlisting or currently enlisted.
  2. Please advise potential candidates of the following:
    1. Must be in active duty or reserve component of the Star Army.
    2. Must be in good legal standing:
      1. No criminal record, must be able to pass a background check.
      2. No adverse NJP within the last three years and no adverse Court Martial.
      3. Waivers for the above may be granted on a case by case basis.
