An Elysian Patrician, written up for Aendri's upcoming plot.

Generally speaking, the character's fine. Because she's an officer who rose through the ranks, I can live with eight skills, but Maintenance is a dupe of Engineering. Take out Maintenance and you're fine.

I think, however, that her physical combat skill should be further hampered by her physicality.

Maintenance removed, and added some further description/nerfing to fighting~
