Proposed DR: Tier 7 (Light Mecha)

Disregarding 9SP and using sizes.
At 15.5m X 10m, the Starlyte would be Tier 8 (Medium Mecha), but it is an unarmored civilian vessel, and according to DRv3, has a -1 step Tier penalty for being Unarmored, for Tier 7 (Light Mecha). An uparmored version would be Tier 8.

Has no shields.

This adjustment makes sense to me. I fixed a few formatting issues for you while I was looking through the article. @ me when you've made your adjustments and I'll give you the approval stamp.
