Perhaps if there is enough players at some point, but not at the moment I think. Right now I would think that it would be best to keep the community as close together as possible.
When the different nations become larger (more players) though it would be nice for each to have its own board with its plots, player data, and communications network all in one place though.

On a phpbb it isn't a good idea to install a mod like Catagories Heiarchy if you plan on using themes, and keeping your other mods. One of the worst things I have ever delt with is trying to use a phpbb board with the "subforms" mod and trying to make its other components functional.
