Notes: I plan to insert this right about HERE on the "Super Eikan" page. Most likely on THIS page for the Soyokaze as well. If it would work better as the Soyokaze's specific design and not the standard for all Eikan's, that's an option. I would prefer to have something like THIS to really make it clear, but I simply don't have the skills to create something like that. If anyone wants to add some art for this, it would be incredibly appreciated.

I feel as though things like this are important. Clarification now always saves it later on down the line. I'm looking at the Super Eikan page and I agree with Reynolds. I can't make tails or ends of how these compartments are connected at a glance. For all I know the ship could be a completely different shape because I can't clearly imagine how all of this is arrayed within the ship at a glance.

What if a massive fire and vacuum breaks out and half of the ship is walled off? Which half is still habitable and which modules of the ship aren't usable? No two GM's are going to agree on which modules live on which half if they aren't properly defined in the article. Where is each module in relation to port, starboard, fore, aft and centre?

Could someone with the relevant knowledge please chip in? I'm unfamiliar with Yamataian ships, and I am unsure of who built the Super Eikan nor can I envision the deckplan for myself.

Here's about all I know:
eikan chart.webp

That's already way better than what I had, and nails down most areas. If we could just add that to the Eikan page, seems like it would do the job pretty well.

Go ahead if you like.
