Approved Character Takahashi Ryosuke

After 18 months as Executive Officer on a Irim-class Heavy Gunship (Type 30), Ryosuke was recommended to attend the Kyoto War College. Successfully graduating, he was promoted to Taii and assigned to the First Expeditionary Fleet's 11th Squadron for his own command.

I don't really see it likely for an XO of a bigger ship going back down to a tiny gunboat, and it makes no sense for the person to go to officer school after already being an XO.
