Special Investigations, of which Unit Four is a part of, is a volunteer-only section of the YNP, due to the stressful nature of their cases. He couldn't be assigned as any sort of punishment unless he volunteered for Spec-I in the first place.
Other than that, it has the Unit Four GM Approval.
