I see no problems here, but I'd like to make sure by having a Nepleslian GM/FM come by and give it a whirl.
 
Isn't the financial information slightly wrong though? Nep use's Da not Ks. And Nep characters start out with 6,000 Da.
 
Hokay I have nothing against this so if Sigma says it is okay, she can join Venus.

Just two things. As a navy personell she won't be P3C, but Cadet Recruit. Also I have no problem with her being nurse/medic. Also with 74 kg and her height I think she would be a little chubby and not athletic.

EDIT: You also forgot her inventory. And about that as sailor she won't have a rifle and her uniform won't be marine but navy. She won'T have the Emrys suit either.
