New Character (Plot) The Angels of Death (NPCs for Wakaba plot)

So this is a big one. I've been planning to do this for over a year but here are a group of NPCs I'm adding to the Wakaba plot. I'm basically just adding Sailor Moon to the Star Army. So here we go.
