Overall, the character looks good to me. The only bit that needs fixing would be the skills. You'll need to take the stuff in "Combat Engineer" and put it into "Maintenance and Repair" - pretty much consolidate the two. Also, with the demolitions, just include that "basic" bit in the description/explanation rather than the title. I'm not strictly counting the number of skills you got in a character profile, but if you want, you can also include a "Construction" area detailing his skill in creating trenches and other quick fortifications.
