Overall, the character looks good. The name strikes me as quite odd, but that's deliberate on your end, so I'll go with it. You may want to put his mining stuff under "Knowledge" instead, and say how he's experienced in prospecting, identifying various valuable ores and the surrounding geography/dirt/rock that indicates said ore is around and so forth. Finally, you may want to get a gun; no Nepleslian is complete without a gun!

I remember a thread someone had about deliberate names for Nepleslians and I figured something like that would be a neat little thing to have. I'll get on the changes.
