Approved Character [The Fringe] Seth Rogers

After considering this for some time, I will say that this character is tentatively approved for The Fringe.

However, I do have one caveat. I'd like you to take a little time to add some more to his history and personality. What did he do after he left Nepleslia? Did he look for work? Was it legal or illicit? How has he managed to avoid being arrested and charged for murder? What has he been doing ever since that warranted his purchase of weapons and armor? How did he end up at Dawn Station, and why?

If you have any questions, you can PM me or find me on the IRC. When I'm satisfied that the character is strongly developed enough to begin, we can work on when and where to inject him into the plot.
