Various small things lead me to suspect infiltration of the 1st XF’s command by the NMX. It is too early for me to suspect the whole Empire as compromised yet. I am not at liberty to give details due to the secrecy of the mission, nor are those details important since they provide little sustainable evidence in and of themselves. BAD Office is ordered to listen for NMX, Civilian, or SAoY communications which may constitute security breaches. As Nishitama City is one of the few civilian places in the KMS, we should start domestically. Observe anyone who comes and goes with scrutiny. Observe everything. I will do what I can to send technological aid via legal channels. If the leak is in Nishitama, I want it plugged and those responsible questioned in depth.

I have some options to run through on my end. Keep posted, keep comparing your information with that coming out of Kyoto’s Office and checking for inconsistencies.

I have happened upon additional information which is classified, and cannot be mentioned, but the infiltration can be the 1st XF or it can be within SAINT. I suspect the latter, but again, have no evidence which I can legally divulge. If SAINT has been compromised internally, then we have a bigger problem than suspected.

BAD Office is ordered to continue its communications monitoring and internal security at Nishitama as well as initiate testing and early training on the Beta Generation of Project THOUGHT Prototypes as previously outlined.

Only use personnel loyal to the Empress and to Yamatai. Check their backgrounds carefully and with scrutiny. I require previous SAoY military service, preferably exemplary, for any new blood brought in.
