Katsuko looked quietly at the message from Davis, the weight of the Empire suddenly was on her shoulders. Her tear stained cheeks, her messy hair from spending the day in her chambers. She looked in the mirror across the room. Her reflection was in it, yet she felt she could not see herself. Was all of this worth it?

She looked back at the screen, losing herself in the moment; She struggled to gather herself, replying with a text only message.

As Promised, I am contacting you in regards to your notification of a humanitarian mission.

I cannot permit you to enter the YSE-Secured Zone of Halna. Humanitarian assistance can be provided by the 4th SF of Yamatai, which already has medical and other resources in area.

In regards to the Freespacer systems, your ships may not enter until our fleets withdraw at the end of the twenty-four hour period I set with Taisho Yui.

So you're placing Halna under Yamataian flag? This is disappointing news. I hope this is not the start of a trend. You and I both know the Freespacers are hardly the threat the public perceives them to be.

Make sure the prince's hard work isn't thrown away for some well disguised skirting of the armistence.

Your withdrawal from Freespacer territory is noted with appreciation. We will comply with your request to pause our mission until the Taisho's forces have been relocated.

Ms. Katsuko, I have fond memories of our first meeting. Your burdens are great, but please allow this old man to believe that your character will come out of these difficult times unscathed.

I remind you, Halna is not under our flag. We are merely conducting operations in the region and would appreciate it that Nepleslia respects the sanctity of our fleets. I too am fond of our first meeting Sky Marshall. I cannot say that events have not changed me since I sat on the throne, but I can promise, that my heart, although burdened, still remains as it always has for the people of this Empire.
