1. The Star Army has found itself with an excess of the Corona Heavy Gunship, Star Army Variant and is willing to donate some to the Fujiko Development Corporation for private use with the aim of fortifying Red area of the Yamatai Star Empire against any future aggression by forces of the Mishhuvurthyar or other hostile forces. We want you to know the Reds are a valued and important part of Yamatai and as long as you are loyal to Yamatai, we will have your back. If you are interested in these gunships, please reply with how many you wish to be delivered. We can spare up to 200,000 at this time.

2. If there are other pieces of equipment that could help local planetary defense forces of your region, the Star Army is listening and will consider your requests.

3. The Star Army offers its engineering services to help you construct fortifications, bases, and bunkers in all worlds of the Yamatai Star Empire as a safeguard against hostile alien invasions.

That is a most generous offer from the Star Army of Yamatai and the Yamatai Star Empire as whole. While some of our people might not express this, we are most grateful to the Yamataians in allowing the Nepleslian Reds to start anew within the systems offered to us. As they are now our homes, we must do our part to ensure what occured on Ukmirt in YE 42 leaves a more lasting mark on those that choose to set step on our soils uninvited.

I have ordered all Director-Generals of the Territorial Administration Services and newly established Fujiko Self-Defense Force of the FDC to draft up how many of the gunships they desire as well as what other assistance they believe we will not be able to source locally for your consideration. While we prefer to do what we can on our own to prove ourselves, a community is not built by one person alone.

On behalf of the members of the Fujiko Development Corporation, long live the Empress.
