I'm pleased to inform you that both Kobayashi-heisho and Kigetsuki-heisho performed valiantly in the defense of the Hotaru Star Fortress vs the SMX forces. I was impressed with their drive and pure guts as shown in their actions. I am also proud to inform you that both of them were a tremendous aide to us in intercepting and subsequently returning the Yanagi to the 5th XF's forces.

I hereby recommend both of them for promotion and medals. Kishou in particular displayed a level of skill and competence in boarding procedures that surprised me. Ichiro, too displayed improved competence in similar situation.

I am glad to hear that my crew was able to serve you well, though no doubt having you lead by example during our last mission together certainly helped them learn a great deal.

I am pleased with Ichiro's progress and will increase his rank, and am simply amazed at Kishou's potential...I believe she will become an officer for this.
