The fleet is largely intact, however there have been a fair number of losses which I will notify you of in entirety. A fair chunk are the ships which I commandeered to fight, which is highly regrettable.
I would like to note that between losing the YSS Yugumo and her escort, the repairs needed on three of their ships, and the theft and loss of the YSS Yuuki, TF-53 is largely compromised, only possessing three functional ships.
I also regret to inform you that on the rebelling ships which were destroyed, 110,000 civilians lost their lives according to our records. Hopefully the innocent can be saved from ST Backups, but I do not know how comprehensive Hotaru and Himitsu's backup system is, or if the service was extended to the millions of civilian refugees.
TF-51 lost a single Yui (NS-X5-16) from her Scout Pool in addition to the rebelling YSS Kiachou (NS-X5-02) of the DFG.
The Sheridan Assault Wing of TF-50 sustained heavy losses. In addition to the YSS Sheridan herself (NG-X5-17), we lost 2 Irim (NG-X5-05 and NG-X5-18) and sustained heavy damage to a third (NG-X5-22). Whether the parts of the Sheridan and her fallen sister ships can be salvaged into a working Irim is currently unknown, but possible. Currently their strength is about 2/3rds, with eight remaining ships (one damaged).
The largest loss to the fleet falls upon the Nami no Seigi force, which I commandeered to assist in the fighting. Of these, we lost 3 Irim (NG-X5-91, NG-X5-94, and NG-X5-95), 2 Sakura (NG-X5-221 and NG-X5-224), and 2 Arashi (NE-X5-127 and NE-X5-133).
The forces I commandeered account for 64% of allied losses, not counting the damaged-yet-repairable Irim. I lost just under 12% of the Nami no Seigi force thus far constructed.
Also, I did not receive any form of permission or confirmation to mobilize the newly constructed ships and did so solely of my own initiative. As such, I am personally responsible for the consequences of my actions and those taken by the ships in the Nami no Seigi force, including the death of the newly constructed sprites within them, and formally apologize.
All I can say in my defense is that the imminent danger to Hotaru, and later Jiyuu III, made me feel that emergency measures were justified.
I hope to apologize and explain my actions in person, though I understand if this is not possible in the aftermath of the battle. If deemed appropriate, I will relinquish command of the YSS Asuka and those Nami no Seigi ships I have searching for survivors upon demand.
