It has come to my attention, through my superiors, that there are still SS pods out there, within old Misshu territory, which is now owned by Neplesia. In order to make sure that the YSS Moirai will not be fired upon by friendly ships as well as making sure that the political atmosphere allows for such a rescue, I am asking your permission to enter Nepleslian territory. I am, of course, sending a copy of this message to Empress Katsuko to get her permission as well.
