Dear members of the Nepleslian Government, I, Shoi Kohosei, CO of the YSS Moirai, a Kyaa-class search and rescue vessel, would like to request to traverse Nepleslian space in the region which, until recently, held the Misshu. The Kyaa-class SAR is only equipped with a CFS, and is a very small craft, which renders it ineffective as an attack craft. I am simply on a mission to rescue SS pods which have been left after Yamataian and Misshu battles, and are only now available to retrieve. I humbly request that you allow this mission to take place. Thank you for your time and effort in allowing this to happen.

Sub-Lieutenant Vanastock,

Permission granted to enter Nepleslian space. While in Nepleslian Space, you must agree to follow these terms:

  • You must stay with the SMoDIN escort you will be provided.
  • Your weapons must stay powered down.
  • You will not undertake any aggressive action against a SMoDIN vessel, unless in clear and certain self-defence.
  • Your vessel must not initiate any active scanning of SMoDIN starships.
  • You must agree to follow any legitimate and legal order issued by your escort's commanding officer.
  • You must notify your escort of any planned complicated maneuvers or FTL jumps before execution.

If you agree to these terms, please send a response. Once accepted, breach of these terms will be grounds for immediate expulsion from Nepleslian space.

Please meet your escort in the Delsauria system, and be sure to broadcast it is your vessel that is entering space to avoid mishaps with our defenses.
