I am writing on behalf of Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko, the legal guardian of Motoyoshi Kuroko and Motoyoshi Tio. They will not be returning to Tsubomi after the term and will be returning to Jiyuu to enroll there. Enclosed is Her Highness's authorization. Rest assured, you have taken care of them both well these last three years and it is not due to concerns about the suitability of Tsubomi for their education.
