We have a situation aboard the YSS Eucharis, NG-X1-408. The ship has been contaminated with a new type of SMX life form. The ship is in a quarantine situation and has a high probability of contaminating other ships it comes in contact with. We are requesting permission to enter the Yamatai system under these conditions and require decontamination before we can dock. Along with us is the YSS Paradise and is also under the same situation.

Information on the life form will be sent shortly.

YSS Eucharis,

You are granted permission to enter the fringes of the system. A decontamination team will board the ship and the crew, after being scanned, will evacuate the ship on the decontamination team's shuttle. After the shuttle is scanned, the crew will be allowed to land on Yamatai's surface. The ship, after being disinfected, will be brought to a shipyard where it will be disassembled and re-assembled with all damaged components replaced. The process will take approximately 24-48 hours. After that, you may return to the ship. Please transmit any data regarding the alien life form as soon as possible.

We are currently en route to the Yamatai Sector via the Nataria-Yamatai Spacelane. Information on the life form is still pending from our medical staff. The YSS Paradise will not be joining the Eucharis to Yamatai as it was detonated along with all other ships in the sector in an attempt to prevent SMX forces from stealing allied ships. More details can be obtained from Ketsurui-Taisa upon arrival. Also note that on board we have a survivor from the YSS Goban, who was rescued from the HX-12 system.
