Not really. I still haven't seen anything happen with the shuttle offer, for instance. I figure Yamatai will probably figure out how to make this on its own sometime soon and start using it instead of Zesuaium.
 
Well... diplomacy only works when people put work into it. *Glares at Subby and the gang*. At any rate, feel free to use it as you please.
