Approved Character Two NMX NPCs

One small item, there is a new name space for NPC's.

Are you asking me to move them there or just telling me for future reference, Nash?

Was going to approve this once they were moved to the proper namespace.
 
Some people have been asking me why I didn't chime in for Sigma's NPCs. I didn't because he did not ask me, that I didn't want to get in the way of the needs of his plot, that Wes and Nashoba's approval was probably more than enough, and that I don't have this "Mishhu faction manager" tag under my name despite people thinking differently.

For the record, though, I think these two look great, and look forward to seeing what will be done with them.
