[United Manufacturing] Ablative Armor Projector

I say this is a totally cool and innovative way of using existing technology.

I like it. Wish I had thought of it.

With the conformation of a higher up that certain stealth materials can be made via the energy to matter system, and the fact there is a DR penalty in place, and the fact it is just using a pre-existing technology capable of making such materials. Plus it reminds me a whole lot of the ablative armor system I believe is on KFY ships. I think it still is anyways lol.
