unread/read topics

-pokes Sakura- is there some way to make a forum/section count as being read so the red double squares are white?

Nope, not really ^^;; the red just throws me off in thinking there's stuff going on in a thread when I skim past...heh

-smirks- Stuff that I would not know about ICly so I avoid looking at it OOCly to prevent/minimize accidently mixing what my character knows about what's going on.

First things first, you owned yourself!

Secondly, I get this too. There's no telling how many times I've clicked on the sakura link! (xD)

Access is fun because I'm evil and nosy, but you could always limit access to the threads themselves, and let people enter the forum to click "mark all as read" or something...

I just read top down to the 5th, and then bottom up to the Mikomi, then hit mark all forums as read after I do a refresh to make sure nothing else got posted....

Complicated workaround, but a working workaround
