Update to Star Army Standard Emergency Systems

@ Wes, Is there any issues with this update?

I have to say if the only "change" is a minor modification to the shutters we do not need this new page. The modification seems to be trying to combine the basic shutters with the Forcefield-Nested Isolation Doors. I think these should be kept as two separate. There are places that one does not need the atmospheric feature.

Also not really fond of the nomenclatures, they do not really fit with the standard nomenclatures. That falls to me into the category of why redesignate them with 35 when they are the same old stuff.

Ok I can make some edits here. It would not be a new page, this page would replace the old one once it is approved.

Might we get an example of what goes,in the emergency crew equipment. Because by the name it does not sound,that different from the damage controo stations
