Updated Starship Speed Documentation

This article is an excellent clarification of speed rules. Very well done, @Alex Hart!

@SirSkully I just recalled that you hadn't seen this yet, and wanted to make sure to tag you in here so that we could move this out of WIP.

Not that we have many ships in the setting save for visiting ones but - United Norian Imperium will also follow these guidelines when in the SARPiverse.

I don't know either Drew, but I'll put my two cents in. Won't lie-I'd really only skimmed over it when the thread first went up and figured I'd worry about it later once it was implemented. But after going over it in detail during my lunch break today I found this significantly easier to understand than the old speeds page.

Then again math has never been my strong suit, so having a lot of stuff here clarified helps.

Verdict; Sounds good to me.
