As you will probably have been informed of me from the numerous business deals Horizon conducts with IIS I won't worry about a long introduction, I am Riccard Black the CEO of Galactic Horizon and I am in need of some assistance.
Not many months ago my daughter was caught up in the exodus from the USO nation and is now missing, I have heard that you have several contracts and services to help with this sort of problem. I'd like to personally hire you to find her and bring her home, her twin brother has recently returned as well and is eager to see her after several years apart.
