Always glad to have someone interested in the plot. I'll go right down the sheet and explain any issues from top to bottom in order.
First you want to put at least some kind of art at the template, you can get some here. The General Art will suffice.
While it doesn't technically need to change, generally most 'humans' are referred to as 'Nepleslians' in setting
The physical descriptions area should be more in dept. The general rule is that you want to have enough description there that someone could draw art fairly close to your mental image of the character without needed any extra input.
For skills, especially in Fighitng and Technology, I'd like a little more details into what exactly he's good at, like is he a 'dirty fighter', or does he fight very military style? Hacker, programmer or something else with computers?
All and all though you've done a rather good job for your first sheet submitted here
Edit: It seems though Nepleslians and humans are very very similar they do indeed count as separate races, so ignore that part.
Okay, fixed the first three and worked on the fourth point. I think I got the detail you wanted for fighting and technology use. Should I do more detail for the other skills as well?
Here is an example of a character sheet, you want to put a bit more into the main parts. Like I said, it's for an artist to draw your character without any aid. So what kind of build do they have? Athletic(what type if so), a powerlifter, something else? Then also you want to describe their facial features. It's not easy(probably the hardest part of character description) but it's the most important since it's the face. Things like eye shape, face shape, cheeks, nose. You don't have to touch on absolutely every detail, but you need the significant ones. For hair it's a little harder for men but you need to describe the color and style of course, but length is important not just 'short', the mustache needs a little more in terms of explaining the style.
The rest of the stuff looks good, and I tweaked the table just a little to get rid of that large extra box.
