So I have been back for a bit and doing quite some stuff on various projects. But that doesn't stop my gearbox of a brain...

The concept


So there you have it, the Wakaba plot idea I will be using Motoyoshi Kazue in this plot as the Captain of the YSS Wakaba. The 48th is deployed at Tange System to provide humanitarian help where they can and basically clean the planets one by one. So the Wakaba will be involved in protection details, search and rescue missions, recon and (re)exploration and get into trouble with Kuvexians to get them out of our systems. Tange will be not the only system will be going to I do plan to have various NPCs to be able to interact with everyone depending on the mission

Excited to see this get off the ground, especially with its ties to my fleet! I will gladly pop a character in or make some cameos!

I have created Kari Sunde with this plot in mind. I'll keep her WIP until this gets off the ground. Edit: she doesn't have to be a bridge bunny. I just picked something I haven't done yet. Her concept fits wherever a neko would go.

In theory, I should get things settled beginning of next week, but awesome that you guys have the characters you can assign them to Wakaba with the struct!
 
I can't fill out structs until she gets approved, but I can throw her into the approval process to get a head start on it.
 
@RaWolfe I see we have an NPC medic already, but given that we're on a humanitarian mission, could we use another one? After much thought, I'm wondering if my valkyrie neko really wants to be a medic, since valkyries are all about separating the living from the dead in battle. Also, it nicely sidesteps her being an officer, which I really would rather avoid.

So I am planning on doing the opening post for the Wakaba today, not a formal hello or greeting post. But right into the action, we got work to do! I will try to use the NPCs as much as possible to give everyone the interaction they need <3 We got Hyralt, Soban and Andrew on the ship so far So let's have some fun! Anyone that wishes to hop on this joy ride, just post your interest in this thread!
