What Fleet is the YSS Kōun? What is it's IRN? The wiki has no information on this! I'm curious.

Well, it was launched before YSS Resurgence, which is NG-S1-575, so I'm just going to say it's NG-S1-469. Case closed!

IIRC Miko was given command of a ship that came out to meet Kaiyo during a time when only third fleet ships had been sent in the task force, (between Kaiyo missions 19 and 20) some short time before the Battle of Glimmergold. It could have been transferred to 1st fleet at any point, though.
