My family all pretty much do night shifts, so when I get calls at 3am my opening is "This better be life or death."
Schools. After all the kids have gone home they have liminal space energy.
I used to say remote hospitals and nursing outposts, but after working at a few I'm friendly with all the ghosts. The clinical staff still want me to hold their hand when ever they start playing with the nurse call buttons however. You'd think they'd have enough issues with the living.
