What kind of art or programs do you still use to make guns?

so... when kai mentioned this I got a bit curious and wondered. What kind of programs, websites, etc are recommended that we use for making gun art.

Who should we talk to request gun art? I mean I know about Kai and Five, but anyone else?

Usually I've just made my art in Paint Shop Pro or DOGA.
