What kind of physical punishment can cyborgs endure?

Cyborg is a very broad term, encompassing a lot of different kinds of living things augmented with a lot of different kinds of technology. It's kind of like asking 'what kind of punishment can tanks endure'?

Could you specify?

No, seriously. The more I know, the better. I can't be specific because I don't know of any sub-categories yet.
 
A full conversion cyborg would probably be able to take damage like a robot, I guess. (?)
