Approved Character Wolfgang Lehrer

Another Abwehran character, but this one is actually not for an Abwehran plot. Wolfgang Lehrer is a Military Liaison for Origin Industries that will aid the company in the design and creation of future Abwehran designs to be produced by Origin.

I haven't figured if he will join one of the plot ships or not, but I thought it'd be cool to have an Abwehran in a plot other than an Abwehran-only Plot.

This character template is exactly like the one I use with Kurohoshi Masako.
