Yamatai - Junsa (Police) Armor

Based on the usage of fairly common technologies and the avoidance of 'kitchen sink' engineering, I'll have to give this a good review. It does everything it has to do and isn't an overengineered monster.

I can't approve it since it's specifically for the YNP, so Wes'll have to do it, you have my thumbs up.

Tech reviewer Exhack recommends that this be approved for IC usage.
