The following new stuff is available to the Star Army and should be ordered from Star Army Logistics if you need or could use it. Kim is helping with handling the Logistics issues when she’s available. Please keep things interesting for her by requesting supplies.
Starships –
Infantry and Planetary Equipment
If your ship’s soldiers do not have Star Army Backpacks (now a standard issue item), order them. I also suggest ordering Star Army Butt Packs for all power armors; they hold more than the old CFWEP package (which is now wikified).
Starships –
- The Type 30 Mass Production Escort is now available. Sakuras should be equipping the Type 2 pylons now and using enhancement modules. Also, the Irim has a new model (Type 30). Older ships should be phased out if necessary. Several new ships are being developed. Please contribute to them!
- The Ikoi Light Starbase is also available now for fleet commanders and unit commanders. I suggest that it be used as a mobile base for small units within fleets.
- The T7 Raccoon shuttle is now available. Please try to get one from SAL if you have a larger crew that could need one, or if you move trucks and cargo.
- Note that the Daisy now has an accessories page like the Mindy.
Infantry and Planetary Equipment
- Mass Production Infantry is now available from Natalia and Virginia, and Yamatai. NH-29R (standard type) is the only model available at this time.
- Type 30 Light Utility Truck – Your basic truck. Zesuaium was removed. Great for moving small bundles of cargo to and from shuttles.
- Type 30 Tankette – No-Zesuaium version of the Type 29 model. Good for tough city transport.
- Type 30 35mm Machine Gun – A great machine gun for defense against power armor (the kinetic energy can kill power armored troops even if it doesn’t penetrate).
- Type 30 NSP – The updated version of the Type 28 NSP. Has a nifty lefty version (30L). The Type 28 and 29 are still available if desired for whatever reason.
- The GP-12 has been returned to active service and is available via Logistics from the depot. It can be used as a rifle or as a vehicle-mounted weapon.
- Emrys Industries grenades are now available through SAL channels as well. We haven’t had a good grenade supply for a while now – you may want to re-train soldiers on them.
