Am I missing something here? What's skin color have to do with being an assassin?
 
I'm referring to Kuro. I couldn't draw her jet black or details would be lost, but she is dark.

I can mention Kuro and how she could count as one perhaps, reword assassin to stealth intel agent, or can also forfeit that portion, which is almost wholly unimportant tbvh

It might be better to just talk about her skin color.

I don't see any issues that prevent approval.
