I'd like to make sure that he doesn't come across as too strong - feedback is welcome. Most of his strength is in his various knowledges and such and seems okay given his android nature, but I want to make sure!
However, when you make a character for a plot, it's often a good thing to Tag the GM. This is done by just putting an at symbol "@" and then the GM's name.
Like so: @Random
It pings said person and lets them know they have something they oughta look at.
His specific programming is that he can't harm citizens in good standing of Yamatai and his captain (or appropriate supervising officer) can override that on an as-needed basis. He's perfectly fine working on weapon systems and so on. In a situation like the Eucharis, where he might run into any number of non-Yamataian individuals and creatures he'd still want to avoid killing, but would be able to fulfill his duties if the situation called for it. Especially in the case where some other individual might be putting his fellow crew at risk.
If there's still concern I can remove them and play to the same goals in a less strict way. They're mostly a crutch to help create moral dilemmas.
Character approved. You can have him be another one of the crew that joined between missions 21 and 22 and he can just walk onto the bridge and start using scanners and stuff to help with the mission.
