No issues found, but I gave to ask: Why did she choose not to her her wings back? If normal medicine could not save them, making a clone body and transferring consciousness into it would be standard procedure in Star Army hospitals unless the patient declined.
 
She definitely declined. It was, to her, a visible reminder; of her momentous failure and of the consequences of that failure. At some point she might give in and replace her body, but, that's character development away.
