Approved Character [YSS Kaiyo] Nerai'tha Uithersh Theisilis

FM approved. I made some typo fixes. Also it said she joined the Star Army in YE 03 -- I changed it to YE 30 but if you meant 33, please fix that.
 
This character looks good. It's always fun when a player has artwork to start with. =) This just needs the GM @Ametheliana stamp before I will move it. And there it is. Moving.
