Submitting a recycled and heavily revised version of an old character, which I submitted for Knights of Asteria at an earlier date. Since the old character was intended to be involved exclusively with Asteria and never saw much RP to begin with, the old version should effectively be decanonized.

I have no issues with this character and like what I see, though the handoff of the Sakura II has yet to be formally done. As such, @Gunsight1 still currently holds the authority to approve characters to the Sakura II.
