Approved Character [YSS Sakura II] Russ Tycho

While it's a good start, I think that the physical description leaves a lot to be desired. It's pretty much "He doesn't stand out at all". Surely there's some subtle detail or a way to describe his range of expression. If he's an animated person, he might have an expressive face or something.
