The trio entered, with the Juni in tow, still determined to make sure they were kept busy. A chorus of "Yes Ma'am"s followed her instructions. The girls that had been all giggles and giddiness just a few minutes earlier were now focused and as businesslike as they could manage. The three Neko knew that properly loading and storing the vehicles was a serious task. Anytime they took control of a fighter, it was serious. Truly was soon directing traffic, all three finding a craft to carefully taxi inside the immense carrier. They worked well as a team, communicating their movements and actions to get the job done efficiently.

Of course, these were the audible communications over public frequencies. Their private, encrypted, telepathic transmissions were more excited and informal. Venus tried to keep her charges on task, but she was just as excited at all of the prospective fighters laid out in front of them.

Chiasa turned when her name was called and "Hai Shoi, I will take care of it." She picked up the intercom handset and dialed the ship wide channel. "Attention all Department Heads this is the bridge. Kinsaka-Taisho will be coming onboard. If your section is not busy handling loading or maintenance, have your Department prepared for Inspection by the Taisho. That is all."

After hanging up the handset she paused to consider the situation, why would the Taisho be coming here. To pass on orders to the command staff they did not want broadcasted, to motivate the crew with a speech were possibilities. So was the fact that the inspection might be some sort of efficiency test the Taisho wanted to conduct. With insufficient information to come to an effective conclusion, she returned her main attention to the console and the sensor diagnostics.

"Good day to you too, Shoi Nenene," said Kinsaka as she turned and smiled at the officer. "I'm here to inspect the ship, and to ensure that the crew is doing what they are supposed to do and following all regulations."

Ume looked up her ears perked up as she listened to the message over the intercom. She was not a department head, but she remembers her inspections from training and how the instructor flipped her bed practically across the room when she had messed up on making it. So the young neko moved swiftly to make sure both the top and bottom bunk, as well as the rest of the was in proper order. This only took a few minutes for her as the place was new anyway and pretty much clean.

Once her room was in order she stepped out and began to clean the corridor her room was attached to. While cleaning though Ume came across a first aid station, just out of curiosity she opened it up and found that it was not properly stocked. Not even able to imagine what would get thrown where if the Taisho found this Ume took it upon herself to restock it and went off as fast as she could....while still being considered a power walk she remembered that too, no running in the hall ways unless it was an emergency.

///Medical Laboratory///

Ume would soon find herself at the medical lab and headed in looking about for the supplies so she could restock the first aid station.

Takako’s core processes halted but for a few simulations of the possible outcomes of the admiral’s visit. The weren’t even particularly useful simulations, lacking the degree of rigor and control that could produce accurate predictive models. She didn’t always like to make analogies to human emotions, but in this case Takako quite thought this was her version of being nervous. Then, after only an imperceptibly short period after the slow down, her normal functions resumed.

Her avatar crossed the Bridge to the sensor station. “Juni, I am running an analysis of the power feeds to the targeting systems. The core figures do not suggest any systemic errors but a rouge fault or variable surge could be the cause of your difficulties. I will keep you apprised of the results there.” She thrust a volumetric finger forward toward the display before Chiasa as a link to the data popped up simultaneously on the display’s message queue. The limited information available to her told her that the sensor officer was an android - likely sapient - but Takako thought it would be rude to force high-speed digital communications without invitation.

“If you will excuse me.” Her avatar bowed politely and then disappeared as Takako flitted out of the volumetric projectors.

Once again entirely ensconced within the fullness of her digital perception, the MEGAMI considered the status of her department. The main engineering spaces were ready and tidy and all systems were showing green. Her subordinates, fleshy and robotic, continued their double- and triple-checks, but she was by and large satisfied by the situation. Her remote controlled PAs continued their march, assisting the cargo loading process, and she called up a few more. They arrived in Engineering a few moments later and she dismissed her human subordinates to freshen up, change into clean uniforms, and square away their personal gear and cabins before reporting back to their duty stations for inspection.

James left the armory, extremely flustered by the unexpected mental image...James took a long time to straighten out what his next move was to be, but eventually remembered that he needed to get his Mindy fitted and equipped for the missions ahead.
He moved down to the bay where the PA were being held, and went and took an unregistered armor from the racks, then he realigned and fit the exoskeleton to his body shape, before he outfitted his Mindy into the Shrike Anti-Armour formation. First, he installed a BPX Gauss Cannon extension, to increase the power of the W2905's he put in on each shoulder. James proceded to check over the entire suit and then he climbed inside to check how the systems are operating, as well as get a feel for his setup.

The sensor logs from both the station and the Soyokaze started coming up on Chiasa's screens. There were marked differences with the two. The main differences were the fact the Soyo's were distorted by a few degrees. Something was causing a refraction and distortion to the sensors. Logic would dictate that it could be related to the same faults in the targeting systems.

Once She made the announcement the bridge crew sat up and started clearing their stations down to the basic elementals. Once they got their stations to rights the each in their own time, took a few moments to make sure their uniforms were straight and correct. One of the navigator bridge bunnies got up and disposed of their water bottle to make sure the station was perfect.

Once the four fighter craft were loaded to their hanger slots the three pilots were ordered to start going through the basic set up and readiness check lists for one of the Nodachis, and one of the other fighters. The Juni pointed out to the trio that those two fighters were going to be theirs. "Get them ready the Taisho is coming aboard! I want those fighters flight readied and your flight suits put away in the quick launch lockers! Get to work ladies... You don't have all day..." The Juni walked off muttering about the 'damned pre-Madonnas before finding another flight crew to pick on and yell at.

Chief Medical Officer Chui Henry Blake came strolling out of the rear of the Medical bay. He was a large Kodian with a strange tan boonie hat on... The dang this wasn't an official SAoY hat... and the hooks hopefully wasn't for medical use... His deep baritone voice was at first disturbing until one heard the humor in it. "May I help you... Or are you stalling those supplies for the black market?" He did reach for any weapon nor any medical tool, his claws were intimidating enough on their own.

The large Kodian studied Ume, with an eye of great power. he never moved once he entered the room. 'You know, you are causing me a bit of work, specially with the Admiral coming aboard..."

Ume stopped in the middle of her search and turned her eyes upward to the voice. She didn't seem the least bit afraid she has no reason to be, rather she she seemed more interested in his hat. Upon noticing his uniform she realized that he was a superior officer and offered him a soft bow. She did managed to catch what he said before it went right out her head and she looked a bit shocked that he would ask that. "No I'm not stealing anything Sir. There is a first aid station that is missing some things, and I was going to restock it." She doesn't seem deceptive at all and in fact was looking right at him the whole time...no she was looking at his hat, particularly the hooks wondering if he did use those for medical procedures.

"I promise I will sign out everything I take." She said with a smile, forgetting that she was in a hurry to get there before the admiral.

"Very good, Kinsaka-Taisho" Nenene replied and bowed politely to the Taisho. "If you would follow me, I will show you aboard and take you around the Soyokaze?"

"Please do," said Kinsaka as she walked over to the boarding tube and stared down toward the ships airlock, she had actually never been aboard a very large ship like the Eikan before - she actually much preferred the smaller gunships and such.

Running Late...Running Late...

Santo Hei Meiko Lee found herself running late, and this was something unusual for the Medic, moving quickly, almost in a bound, she ran down the hallways and eventually came face to face with the large vessel known as the Soyokaze. Her first assignment since getting out of college and shifting to a Minkan body, her eyes lit up in excitement as she quickly boarded the ship. After boarding she quickly goes over the design of the ship, the blue haired Minkan shifting a bit in place holding her belongings and baggage, and a bunch of medical notes that she had worked on the night before in excitement for being sent to her first assignment, most likely one of the reasons she was running late in the first place.

After locating the cabin area she quickly moved down the corridors of the ship, going the directions she needed to go, and heads towards the cabin. Despite her quick nature she was very careful to greet anyone she might move past, and made sure not to run into anyone by going to fast. Eventually she found herself standing before the Cabin's, she noticed the group outside of the Cabin, but she didn't pay no mind to them and instead she quickly chose the first cabin that was free. She was in a rush, didn't really have much time for setting up...

///Cabin 1///

Upon entering the Cabin she quickly drops off her stuff, and apparently was on time enough to hear the announcement for an inspection of her station, this caused her to slightly panic, and instead of getting set up like she probably should have she drops her belongings and did a quick one over the room choosing one of the bunks and puts her medical supplies in a safe location. After doing that she backed towards the door giving the room one more one over before quickly power-walking out of the room with the papers she had in her hand. No time for any of this, no time at all, why did she stay up so late?

///Medical Lab///

She didn't bother saying hello or saluting this time, she quickly made her way to the correct deck with the medical lab and moved her way in. Spotting Ume, and Henry Blake, she paused a moment not recognizing the Neko, but recognizing Henry from a description of her assignment, that was her superior officer and she quickly moved over and bowed lightly to the large officer. "Santo Hei Meiko Lee reporting for duty sir, I apologize for being in such a rush." She brought herself back up and gives him a straight face, betraying the excitement that was in her own eyes. She shifted her eyes towards the Neko for a moment, curious as to why she was here, she didn't receive word of anyone of severe note, let alone someone who stood out like she did, in the Medical Lab...

Chiasa watched the engineer leave the bridge. There was something odd about her, it was as she left by vanishing that it dawned on Chiasa. The Heisho was a projection, which explained my her hair did not move when she did. Looking at the roster she realized that she was another AI. 'Interesting.' she thought to herself and made a note to speak with her sometime.

She watched the other tidying their stations. One of the advantages of her physiology was she did not tend to leave detritus. She slaved the terminal to her and blanked the screens. She then stood up and walked around the level checking to make sure that everything was as it should be. She gave each of the soldiers on station a brief nod if she was satisfied.

It wasn't long before they had the various fighters on board and properly secured. Truly stayed in the front seat of the second Nodachi she'd brought aboard, while Caramel stayed in the Kawarime. The cockpit on the Kawarime that Crasher had been bringing inside popped open as she flew out, agitated. "Hey, what about me!" She grumbled as she zipped over to hover near the larger fighter, admiring Tru's new ride, even as she complained. "Bet she doesn't think I can handle one, just because of my size." "Like, chill out, Ga-chan." "Yeah, we'll get it all cleared up after this inspection. She probably just got distracted and forgot to assign you one."

Even with her friends reassuring her, the Mini still seemed a bit upset. It didn't take long for the two to prep and double check their fighters, signing in and formally registering themselves to the vehicles through their systems and the Soyokaze's as well. Then the three returned to their cabin, planning to retrieve their flight suits and stow them in the Hanger's lockers.

Nenene nodded. "Please follow me" she said and guided the Taisho to the connecting tube, stepped off into the zero g environment and floated across. At the airlock to the Soyokaze was an armed guard to make sure no one who was not supposed to board the heavy cruiser could just walk aboard the ship.

"Kinsaka Taisho coming aboard for inspection of YSS Soyokaze" Nenene announced to the security guard.

Ume heard a voice from behind her within the lab and turned to see who it was. She examined the woman, noting the uniform, she was medical personnel. "I'm not doing anything bad I promise." She thought that maybe this new person was here to stop her from stealing as well. The young neko thought for a moment thinking about how she could possibly prove she was innocent and she soon came to a conclusion. "I know, one of you can come with me, and that way you can see me put the supplies in the first aid station."

The Taisho smiled when she saw the guard, at least they had security here; she'd already inspected one of the ships in the fleet that didn't have a security detail protecting the ship. Once inside her feet settled onto the passage way, where she looked about the nicely clean and rather glimmering halls of the heavy cruiser. Before they went any further, she walked over to one of the walls many panels and ran her gloved finger across the top of it, then rubbed two of her fingers together and nodded. "What part of the ship do you plan on showing me first Shoi?" she asked Nenene

Nenene watched the Taisho as she gave a panel the white glove inspection. "Where would you like to start, Taisho?" The Executive officer replied. "I would be more than happy to convey you wherever you wish to begin your inspection of the Soyokaze"

Kinsaka thought for a few before smiling. "Med Lab," said the Taisho. "Would there be anyone there right now?" she asked and took a few steps past the Shoi but stopped and glanced back at the officer.

"Yes there are" Nenene replied. She accessed the ships computer and checked the internal sensors to confirm who was there, also getting a visual look at the condition of the facility via the security cameras to make sure there was not a mess there. She knew the lab had already been properly stocked and squared away days ago, but it never hurt to double or triple check anyways.

She moved to catch up with the Admiral. "This way" she gestured politely.

The older Kodian looked at the two Santo Heis that were in his Med bay. "Well Miss. Lee why don't you help our little thief with the restocking of that first aid station. Then report back here the two of you. I believe that I will some more work for you two." he gave a large smile before turning and heading back into his office to finish going over the quartermaster reports on the med deliveries.

Jayne walked over to Chiasa and looked over her shoulder for a few moments before speaking softly to the science officer. "The Admiral is aboard and is heading to the Medical, you have some time. Though I'm not sure where they will be going next after that."

The yard-dogs were finishing up their expect ions around the work of the AI and her mechanical minions. "ma'am We have figured out the cause of the weapons sensor problems. It seems there are a few panels on the exterior hull that were bolted into place wrong causing data stream cables to be compressed and damaged. Would you and your team see to that while we finish up the last few exceptions else where on the ship?"

:::OOC If I haven't directly mentioned your character in this post, please feel free to carry on with what you were doing for I have nothing to add to your particular scenes... Keep up the good work.:::
