Tokyo, Jiyuu - YTP Entertainment, the newly formed music label of the Yugumo Corporation held an event to celebrate Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko's announcement to run for Imperial Premier with a spectacular show in Tokyo Harbor. Millions gathered to watch as YTP Entertainment's top group Trouble Nekos put on a show that Tokyo will likely never forget.
Massive volumetric screens lined the shore of the Motoyoshi Channel which projected the feeds from the swarms of media drones that zipped through the air to record as the hovering stage was moved into position in front of the statue of former Empress Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko. Fireworks blasted from each of The Eight Statues, in an explosive and colored show in the night sky as spotlights moved to shine upon the forms of the eight Nekovalkyrja that skimmed across the water towards the statue of Katsuko. When the group converged the entire harbor sunk into darkness and then exploded with light again as the girls flew up from behind the stage and landed in perfect coordination. A massive projection of the Motoyoshi mon illuminated behind the statue of Katsuko and her statue was bathed in a violet light. The four core members of the group moved to the front of the stage and began to dance and perform their choreography to their hit song "Tokyo Dream".
Led by lead singer Kaieda Meiri, the four-girl group performed for almost an hour on the suspended harbor stage accompanied by volumetric light shows and fireworks. The show comes as the kick-off to a campaign tour that will take Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko across the Yamatai Star Empire to speak of her plans for recovery, rebuilding, and diplomacy. The Premier hopeful has it easy in the Colonial Sector due to the almost three years of reform and rebuilding her clan has led in the region since they returned in YE 41. It is unclear what the return of the former Empress to politics will bring, but the campaign's energy is having a positive start.
