Empress Motoyoshi Katsuko and Star Army Command announced today the promotion of Shimizu Akina, former second in command of the Fifth Expeditionary Fleet and lover of the new Empress, as the Taisho of the Fourth Standard Fleet. Palace Spokespersons have informed us, that Shimizu, who was recently revived and reinstated into the Star Army of YAmatai, was selected for her extensive and decorated record.
